Random song answers quiz (a.k.a. Magic 8 Ball v2.0)

This is a just-for-fun quiz I got as a tag from my friend Hannah's blog. (http://waiting-rose.blogspot.com/)
By the way, I made up the "Magic 8 Ball v2.0 title" title.
Here are the rules: Put your iTunes or iPod on shuffle. Put the name of each song in as an answer to the following questions: (In my case, I put my playlist from my blog on shuffle.)
Just as with Mad Libs, when the answers just don't make sense, they're not as fun or funny.
So for some of these I may try up to seven times to get at least a somewhat feasible answer.
Call it cheating if you will, but that's just my way...I like getting things right and progressing, so when I use hints and cheats in puzzle games (like the Myst games), I don't care about the "feeling of satisfaction" someone is supposed get after accomplishing something - I don't really care about that, even if I'd get it, which I doubt I would.

IF SOMEONE SAYS "THIS IS OKAY" YOU SAY:
Attempt #1: The Prayer  (hmm...seems unlikely)
Attempt #2: We Three Kings of Orient Are (?)
Attempt #3: Come Drink at My Table (...)
Attempt #4: A Mhaire Bhruinneall (how do you pronounce this?)
Attempt #5: Socially Acceptable (hm...)
Attempt #6: Farewell Lullaby (might depend on the context)
Attempt #7: Life is a Highway (what next?)

WHAT WOULD BEST DESCRIBE YOUR PERSONALITY?
Attempt #1: The Rainbow Connection (this is going in the wrong direction)
Attempt #2: When You Say You Love Me
Attempt #3: Pour Out Your Spirit
Attempt #4: I Give You My Heart
Attempt #5: Glorious (I doubt it severely)
Attempt #6: Rositse rusa Devojko (?)
Attempt #7: River Flows In You (...)

WHAT DO YOU LIKE IN A GUY/GIRL?
Attempt #1: Paultalk (uh, no)
Attempt #2: Si Volverias a Mi
Attempt #3: The Couturier (come on now, just give me one answer that will fit a little better)
Attempt #4: Never Alone (acoustic version) (ok, this one will do for now - minus the "acoustic version"...aha, yes, "never alone" because Christ lives in them.  Excellent.)

WHAT IS YOUR LIFE'S PURPOSE?
All In One Day (maybe there's a hidden meaning to this one I'm missing)

WHAT IS YOUR MOTTO?
Attempt #1: Song of Clay (I don't think so)
Attempt #2:

WHAT DO YOUR FRIENDS THINK OF YOU?
Doesn't Have to Be This Way (sounds like I'm in a slightly rocky relationship with my friend/s, eh?)

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT VERY OFTEN?
Attempt #1: You Belong to Me (um...I hope not)

Attempt #2:

WHAT IS 2+2?
Attempt #1: Alejate [Live] (hm, not quite, but maybe in an alternate universe)
Attempt #2:

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF YOUR BEST FRIEND?
First song: The Mountains of Mourne/Phil The... (I can't see what the rest of it says, if the name is actually finished, so here's attempt no. 2:)  She Moves Through the Fair (I'll have to think about this one...)

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF A PERSON YOU LIKE?
Safety  (well, sometimes)

WHAT IS YOUR LIFE STORY?
Lesser Things (in a sense, perhaps)

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU GROW UP?
Attempt #1: Unchained Melody (well, how does one become an "unchained melody"?)
Attempt #2:

WHAT DO YOU THINK WHEN YOU SEE A PERSON YOU LIKE?
Attempt #1: Part 35 of 48 ...(well, that was an audiobook, so I'll give it another try)
Christmas Oratario, BWV 248: Sinfo (once again, I can't see the end of the song name, so here's attempt #3)
Attempt #2: The Taming of Smeagol (that's a little better, but I really don't think that's a very fitting thing to say or think when seeing a friend...)
Attempt #3: Clair De Lune
Attempt #4: Who's Gene Autry (goodness!)
Attempt #5: Step by Step/Forever We Will Sing (unlikely)
Attempt #6: Si Volvieras a Mi (I think that's Latin, and I don't know what it means)
Attempt #7: A Bucket Full of Mountain Dew (another failure)

WHAT DO YOUR PARENTS THINK OF YOU?
Attempt #1: Rivercare No. 2: Rivercare secondo (er...)
Attempt #2: Tears of the Saints (they're saints and they shed tears when they think of me...I don't think so.  Let's try again)
Attempt #3: London Samba (next)
Attempt #4: Mother Machree (try again)
Attempt #5: The Poem of Your Life (Reprise) (this one is a stretch, even without the "reprise")
Attempt #6: Snow Angel (ugh; seven symbolizes perfection, so I'll end there)
Attempt #7: Hope (I'm not sure, but maybe in some way...)

WHAT WILL YOU DANCE TO AT YOUR WEDDING?
Attempt #1: The Bard of Armagh (not one I'd otherwise choose, but there are worse)
Attempt #2: Adore - Album Version (try again)
Attempt #3: Change of Heart (next)
Attempt #4: Sixteen Tons (come on, now)
Attempt #5: Night, Pt. 3: Minstrels (I want a really appropriate song for a wedding, provided I even dance at it)
Attempt #6: March from Raiders of the Lost Ark (certainly not, although there was one Star Wars freak who played Star Wars music at his wedding)
Attempt #7: A Country Boy Can Survive - Live (that's it, this method is madness!)

WHAT WILL THEY PLAY AT YOUR FUNERAL?
Ash and Smoke (finally, a very fitting one on the first try - Dust to dust, ashes to ashes.  Hallelujah, amen, you are dismissed. - Englishman, from Ted Dekker's novel, Saint)

WHAT IS YOUR HOBBY/INTERESTS?
Attempt #1: Santa Lucia (come on Zune, you can do better than that) Attempt #2: Rock-A-Bye Your Baby with a Dixie (not sure how the title ends)  (CUT!)
Attempt #3: Both Sides Now (possibly true, but we can get more specific)
Attempt #4: Agnus Dei (ugh)
Attempt #5: Vivo Per Lei (not sure what it means)
Attempt #6: River (last chance; give me a good one!)
Attempt #7: I Don't Want to Go (sigh...you have failed me)

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST SECRET?
Attempt #1: Carol of the Bells (nope)
Attempt #2: If I Had My Way (sorry, try again)
Attempt #3: Piano and Rain preview (maybe this method should be called Magic 8 Ball v2.0 beta)
Attempt #4: Somewhere in Time (next)
Attempt #5: Nothing at All (not true, but it'll work)

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF YOUR FRIENDS?
If I had a Hammer (uh, oh; that doesn't sound good)

WHAT'S THE WORST THING THAT COULD HAPPEN?
Attempt #1: O Come All Ye Faithful/O Holy Night (I severely doubt it)
Attempt #2: Both Sides Now (wait a minute - I already got this song as an answer)
Attempt #3: Sanchez the Outlaw (unlikely, since I think he was killed in the fairly old PC game, Outlaws)Attempt #4: Only If... (?)
Attempt #5: [skip, since this is another I've already gotten]
You Raise Me Up (depends on what you mean by this)

HOW WILL YOU DIE?
Attempt #1: Hang On (this is almost as bad as the "Ask again later" reply from a Magic 8 ball))
Attempt #2: Flora's Secret (this one sounds mysterious and slightly creepy; let's give it another shot)
Attempt #3: The Eleventh Hour (?)
Attempt #4: I'll Lead You Home (I'm starting to look quizzically at my Zune, which now seems like it wants to scare me)
Attempt #5: Prelude (I'm not sure what it's implying here)
Attempt #6: It Is You (ok...recognition before execution or death by shock at seeing someone?)
Attempt #7: So Long (does that mean it's tired of giving answers and wants to turn off?)

WHAT'S THE ONE THING YOU REGRET?
Attempt #1: Hula Hula (tell me what that means first)
Attempt #2: Weight of the World (might be caused by the answer to the question, right?)
Attempt #3: Sometimes by Step (possibly?)
Attempt #4: [skip this one - it's too long, I can't see the end of the title, and it wouldn't make sense)
Attempt #5: [just like #4]
Attempt #6: the Guy Song (I don't know about this one)
Attempt #7: We Three Kings (I give up)

WHAT MAKES YOU LAUGH?
Attempt #1: Part 40 of 48 (groan)

Attempt #4: Joy to the World (next)
Attempt #5: The Riders of Rohan (next)
Attempt #6: [another classical piece with a long title]
Attempt #7: Healing Waters (who knows?)

WHAT MAKES YOU CRY?
Attempt #1: The Land Race (hm...even if I do worse than 52:30 in the 10k this year and come in behind someone I hope to finish in front of, I don't think I'll cry; I'll just be pretty disappointed)
Attempt #2: Minute Waltz (Waltz in D-Flat...) (skip)
Attempt #3: The Wind Beneath My Wings (I really don't think so)
Attempt #4: Trees (might depend on which one)

Attempt #7: Perfect (whatever)

I'm alive and well

Just a quick note to say that although I haven't written anything in a while, I'm alive and well, and we might be going on another trip soon - if we do, I'll keep you all posted.

Unwell

Well, I'm feeling slightly worse than usual, but several of my family members (my dad and several siblings) aren't feeling so well.  Apparently, being in the same family doesn't mean you have an immunity to a sickness that a family member has.

"Where a Kid Can Be a Kid" and where you can be a...?

The answer of the title question might be..."yourself"?
This afternoon, my family and I went to Chuck E. Cheese's...and I actually had a pretty good time playing my dad and brothers at basketball, air hockey, and a snowmobile game.
For the basketball games, you just have to find the right angle and power, and then just bounce the ball off the backboard.  During one round, I set a high score of 85 (high score for the machine, as well as for me).   :-)

The life is in the blood...

I went to donate blood today...
Well, I shouldn't give myself all the credit.  My mom thought of the idea and asked me if I wanted to be a blood donor.  I wasn't sure about it, but I considered that since I'd like to save people's lives (although I'd prefer dramatic ways such as stopping a killer from getting them or something like that), this would be an indirect way to do so.

[1/6/10]
Well, I was told I could take the bandage off my arm after four hours, but after around four hours my arm was still bleeding, so I put it back on, and shortly before midnight I took it off.  The bleeding had stopped by then.  Back to my time in the blood collection center itself:
Getting my finger poked in the beginning hurt a little bit of course, but only for a short time, and nothing was still in me to cause any further discomfort.  (I thought, "Ow", but I don't think my expression changed)
However, getting my blood drawn was a slightly different story.  Once again, as I was getting "stuck", I doubt my expression changed, but also once again I thought, "Ow."  Only this time another thought also popped into my mind - "That's a big needle!"  My arm ached some of the time the needle was in my arm, but the rest of the time I didn't feel anything and I was just bored, lying there.
The woman who took the needle out of  my arm said something like, "Taking the tape off will probably hurt the most."  Riiighht.  Unfortunately, since the needle was in my arm, it had to come back out, and that didn't exactly feel the greatest.  But I guess it was worth it if I saved somebody's life.
The snacks (cookies and other stuff) were nice, but not something I'd get poked for just to get.

For it is the life of all flesh; the blood of it is for the life thereof...

Experiencing the snow?

For a few years, it has snowed here in this part of North Carolina for one day a year, but 2009 was an exception.  However, it snowed last Saturday, so I suppose that instead of having one day of snow a year, we can have one day of snow per winter.  My younger siblings packed snow on the deck steps to create a slide, made a snow jump by making a mound of snow  at the bottom, and slid down on "snow saucer" sleds.
They also tried sliding down the hill (the road) leading to our house.  They had a blast, for most of the time they were outside, but I stayed indoors most of the time.  Doing things in the snow like sledding or whatever might be fun, but what I really think would be fun would be to go drifting in the snow or on the ice in a car.
