Uh oh

1) 50 push-ups, check.
2) 60 sit-ups, check.
3) 1 1/2 miles in 12 minutes? No check. 1 1/2 miles in 15 minutes?! Uh oh, this isn't good, especially because boot camp is less than a month away. I need a treadmill...

Hahahaha :) Yeah that whole "no check" would be turned into a "no way in heck" for me lol. I used to be able to run quick sprints relitively well - like in small races with friends or hide-in-go-seek/tag but I could never keep up a steady run for very long with out my lugs turning to fire! :)

Well, I've never been very fast and I've never had much stamina, so things that many people find easy to do are not do easy for me.
Some time ago I managed to run a mile-and-a-half in twelve minutes flat...but that was more than a month ago, and now with boot camp only a few weeks away, I only have a little while to get my time down again...

Whatever works, right? Granted, I was brand new to photography, so some of my photos (ok, a lot) sucked, but I thought some weren't bad. Now I think most from those days were awful.

I run at least three times a week.
